About the Geoduck Crew

John Henry Maurice

John Henry has many years experience crewing for ultra-cyclist beginning in 2005 when he crewed for Graham Pollack at Race Across Oregon.  Undeterred by what he saw Graham go through, John raced and completed Furnace Creek 508 and has been back as crew every year since.  In 2010, he served as crew chief for Kevin "Desert Coyote" Van Dyke. In 2011, John served as crew chief for Mick Wash in the Race Across the West.  John returned and finished Furnace Creek 508 in the fall 2011.  Crewing for Geoduck will be his seventh experience at The 508. 

Josh Morse

Josh is an experience randonneur and is happy to support his friend John Pearch.  John and Josh completed the Spring Death Valley Double Century in 2012.  Josh has earned the Super Randonneur award three times and his goal is to earn it ten times. 

Lyn Gill

Lyn has been riding bicycle for seven years just loves to ride.  She earned the Super Randoneur award in 2010.  In addition, she earn the 10,000K award 2010.  She is interested in learning about Ultra-Racing and is excited to be on the Geoduck team.
